1994 XJS convertible headliner

Gents:

I just picked up a 94 XJS, top is in great condition and it came with a new headliner in a box. How big a job is it to replace the headliner only?

Early tops had t come off to replace the headliner. I'm not sure from which year ('94)? it became somewhat easier.
