1994 XJS front license

1994 XJS front license
I'm preparing my car for concours this summer, according to the JCNA all jaguars shipped to the US have license plate locations on the front and rear and some sort of bracket. My car has nothing on the front bumper nor beneath it. Looking at numerous pictures on the web, shows plates screwed to the bumper or somehow attached underneath or no plate at all as with my car. Was there a supplied front bracket for the XJS or was it a dealer item? Thanks
