I have read and tried all techniques I can find on getting the security system into the programming mode. I do not have the valet switch and do not seem to have the yellow / black wires in the center console so have tried the rear security module. When I remove and reconnect the battery, I get a chirp from the alarm but cannot get any after trying the 5 switches off the valet switch. Drivers for and trunk should be open? Is it OK with the trunk open? Should any other lights be on? Any other way I can test the security remote system?

Can you find any wires under the center console?

They're there, you just need to look around further. You have removed the black center console bin, right?
