Default 4.0 Parallel Flow Condenser in '88 5.3

I've been trying to find a good option for a parallel flow condenser in my '88 V12. I've got it down to two. First, is a universal condenser with a 12" x 26" core and an overall length of 27.5":

The second is what looks like a parallel flow condenser from a '94-'96 4.0 XJS by Nissens. It looks like it may be a better fit after modifying the lower brackets to allow for the oil cooler.

Can anyone confirm whether this retrofit would work? Also, does anyone have dimensions of the 4.0 unit? If the core sizes are similar it may be better for me to fit the universal unit since it's about a fourth of the cost of the Nissens unit. I'm also open to other options if anyone has suggestions.

The top XJS does look like parallel flow as it has input and output on opposite sides.

Black is also more efficient at dissipating heat. With the mounts on the sides might be easier to fabricate brackets.
