6in rod, its the stock length. if it were me id just go custom pistons, you'll spend a ton of time messing with **** and then trying make it work and at the end of the day you'll have spent all of which you tried to save. trust me I had this debate with myself.

Thanks! The rod length has plagued me for awhile. if I have too go custom i will . but i might use the ford pistons as my base idea or building block dish the 50cc? Drop the comp too 8:9:1 . the pin on them are .9018 not too far off a 927 pin

if you plan on using stock rods, id just have your rod bushings opened up to .927 I've seen this done before

221mm or 8.7in I am told. check that you can get the crank ground that much without cutting into the balancing hole. and use a for 4.6 rod. because otherwise you'll have to narrow a set of gm rods. I had to do this

my friend did a chevelle with twin Cummins turbos, then.work really well. I don't really like the idea of turbos undee that hood. it's just too tight on space and too much heat.

I have been debating taking an aj6 with a big turbo and making essential.a british 2jz. ideas for the next car

Cal what about Twin charged turbo blowing into PDSC. Use an XJR SC I6 and add a turbo.

calvin thats why we modify the hood and front bumper for better air flow! a set of luvers on the hood as well as air scoups infront of the drivers door. if your going too go as far as building it you might as well go all the way. (If your going too do something do it right or not at all)
