Default '88 XJS, heater hoses in and out of the heater core?

Since the motor is out, ALL rubber hoses are going to get replaced.
Are original style molded elbow hoses available, or is this something that needs some NAPA hoses, possibly modified to fit?

Thanks,
Doug

I see lots of hoses listed, but they have varying part numbers for the same description, so no idea what is correct.

Is there an accurate online source that shows PN diagrams of various systems heating/cooling, suspension, brakes, etc. on these cars?

Thanks,
Doug

https://www.sngbarratt.com/English/#...0hose%20kit%60

That's the "complete kit".

I think despite its "completeness", you'll need:

and

I like to go to the Jaguar parts catalog, like this......

https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic...xNjYwMjc2MA../

...and get the Jaguar part numbers. Then, Google the part numbers and go from there

Cheers

Yes, this is exactly the way to get part numbers.

I tend to purchase from SNG Barratt, because not only do they offer OEM stock, but they have taken the time (and expense) to develop parts that were NLA. I want to support that, because as these cars get older, those parts will be needed.

Other vendors also do this... but I've found SNG to have competitive prices as well.

They are also willing to talk with you to help narrow down what you need.

BTW, sorry I missed your second post. I was busy looking up the "complete kit" when you were typing. The thing I like about the "kit" is it has all 13(!) required hoses, and in the description points out that it doesn't include the heater hoses (along with the correct part number).
