Default 94 XJS won't start

Alt belt broke on the way to work. Drove the car back home (on battery) and parked. Next day started and pulled car 20 feet into garage to replace belt. Had to loosen both other belts to get the alt belt on but not a big deal. Wanted to run the car briefly to watch for belts being tightened enough so attempted to start car while on jack stand. Cranked strong but no start for several tries. Lowered car and tried cranking some more but no start. Checked fuel pump relays and pump (here clicking and humming when jumpered); checked all fuses, front to inside to back, all good; everything electrical and gauges still seem normal. It just will not start! I am stumped. It drove home fine and into the garage fine. Could it be the security system tripped?

Charge the battery fully. Check for spark and fuel pressure and report back.

The sensor is mounted on the bottom front of the engine under the crank balancer. The cable runs from there to the to top left front of the engine where the connector is.
