Default '96 XJS Cruise Control

Trying to test inoperative cruise control, and looking for the Cruise Control ECU, which the manual says is in the right footwell. I know about the speed box on the left rear fender well, but there is supposed to be an ecu somewhere in front of the passenger seat. Can anyone help?

Nope. The speed box is the cruise control ECU.

Theres a vacuum dump valve and an actuator pumo under the hood, on the drivers side, and then there’s the bellows.

I think those are the four relevant parts of the cruise control.
