Check the manual. Some multi-disc changers can only be mounted one way, but some can be mounted at varying angles, and there is an adjustment on the unit to tell it that it is at some respective angle. I've used a kenwood that has a dial for 0-5, 40-45, and 85-90 degrees.

For what its worth, the effort installing a 5 or 10 disc changer is more than is required to install a bluetooth head or even just an aux cable onto an already existing head unit, in which case you can use your phone with thousands of songs.

Does the Kenwood connect to the stock radio or did you update that ?

I have a unused Alpine 6 CD that fits the facelift radio that has the cable in the trunk if anyone needs one.

no its a second hand Kenwood head unit and stack that were originally sold as a complete set up. I will have to down load a ops manual.
