custom building headers.

custom building headers.
So when I get back from school next week I'm gonna start getting ready to build the custom headers. Which means first I need to make the flanges. I'm using big blue saw to get them water jet cut.
My question. Should I get them cut individually for each ciylinder? Or as 4 sets of three. Some of you guys are better experts at this than I. I'm also using a header mock up kit aswell.

That set will fit if I sell several internal organs.
I am not a big fan of that because the tubes are totally different lengths and I doesn't look as cool as I want it to. I'm planning on making my own because It'll ultimately be cheaper and I can make them to my own specifications just like the intaks I'm making.

Im watching this thread with the great deal of interest, as I too will be venturing down this road also. I agree with the others 4 sets of 3 pipes will work the best. I came across a British manufacture of headers not so long ago and I said to myself I must bookmark this, so here it is V12 XJ Manifold - XJ - Jaguar - Hayward and Scott nice headers but still to rich for this little black duck. I will build my own, but I like the Lister design better. jaguar v12 coupe e type xjs exhaust tubular manifold lister 5.3 6.0 | eBay I wish I saw those earlier I would have bought them.
