Default device that powers turn signals as driving lights

I have this device installed in my '87 XJ-S V12, but I can't find the instructions for it, and can see no markings on it as to who makes it.

It turns the front turn signal lights on when the ignition is on so they serve as DRL's. When a turn signal is activated, it blinks the TS in the direction of the turn, and shuts off the other TS until the turn it completed.

If I recall correctly, it has a feature that allowed wiring the side running lights into it, so they two would serve as turn signal lights. Problem is, I can't find who made it or the instructions.

Any help?

Thanks,

John
