Default Drivers quarter window now going down

Hi I have an 1995 jaguar xjs, the drivers side rear quarter window does not work and is stuck in the up position. The relays are good. But I am not getting 12v on pins 86 and 87 for both up and down relays for the drivers side.

I believe I need to check the thermal breaker? How/where do I check to see if my thermal breakers are good?

passenger quarter window works as it should.

Where is the thermal breaker? And how do I test it?

After some more research, the thermal breaker is the black rectangle under the 30 amp fuse. The other thermal breaker is right behind that one. Now I need to figure out how to gain access to it? I don’t see any obvious way to get to it unless I had baby hands.

turns out the thermal breaker was bad. I was able to plug the connectors into a 30 amp fuse to get everything working as normal.
