Default EGR Valve disassembly? 95 4.0

I am trying to do some troubleshooting regarding a hesitation to accelerate at first throttle press if I'm at a stop light.

I removed my EGR valve to clean it, and it doesn't look particularly clogged up or dirty, but I am wondering if there's any way to disassemble it further? The torx screw does not seem to loosen and there are no visible screws to separate the egr body from the electrical component.

Also, does anyone know the torque specs when I replace it with a new gasket?

Nope. I guess that's not gonna be your problem?

What about the IACV?

What is the TPS showing at idle. It should be at 12.9%

Oxygen Sensors?

For torque setting:

I'll have to check both this weekend. No history of the last time the sensors were replaced.

Will report back. Thanks Vee

Well, I solved the hesitation upon acceleration. The throttle body elbow was severely deteriorated and was causing a massive vacuum leak. Used ebay part solved my problem.
