Would the older style fender work on a newer facelift (1994). The difference in price is astonishing. from what I can tell the only difference is the blinker which is on the fender in the older style. I could just fill the hole. I also noticed that the front part would have to be bent down for it to bolt to the newer style.

Are there any other differences that I am not aware of? Has anyone used an older style fender on the facelift?

I welded my front blinkers shut before paint, not sure if I needed it done, but seemed like a cool thing to do.
