HI all,

Just curious if there is a trick to filling the radiator of a 94 XJS with the JAI6?

Any info is appreciated.

Tony,

AJ16 XJS is very easy to fill, much more so than the V12.

With ignition on and heater control set to hot, fill from cold through remote tank, let it settle, aid the bleeding by pressing the multi-branch lower hose a few times. When it's all settled, start the engine with the cap still removed and let any residual air burp itself through the tank as the water flows through the system. Seal Cap, bring car fully up to temp. Let it fully cool, remove cap carefully and check level.

Good luck

Paul
