Hit a spare tire someone left on the middle of the highway in the dead of night, my car's front undertray shattered thankfully nothing else was ruined, even the air dam upper portion seems fine, all except a bent exhaust pipe. Anyone know a good place in North America to source one? the part is either NLA or severely overpriced at the usual suppliers.

 

If it is the spoiler undertray, try Paul's Jaguar in Oakland Park, Florida. I'm not sure if he has them for earlier models, but I got one for my 1996.

 

I had to replace mine from soup to nutts... I got one cheap. The way I searched it out was to eBay and seach "jaguar XJS salvage"... In that, whole cars come up. From there I copy and paste the same message to every seller who has an XJS... DO YOU HAVE A,,,,,???

This method has proven to produce good results. I got mine, the whole thing, for 125 bucks...

Sorry that happened to ya. These machines offer enough challenges without something like that happening.
