I am new to the forum, just purchasing my 1980 XJS Jag exactly one month ago. Been reading the many posts concerning the fuel smell in the boot area.

I have removed my fuel tank and have put a camera inside - pretty rusty - so I am thinking about fabricating a aluminum fuel tank that
