the headlamp jets on my XJS are damaged and as I have searched for replacements I have come to the realization the quest is unachievable. I therefire am looking to repair the existing jest as the side retention clips are damaged. i there for am looking for information to the material used to create the jets ie: Polyoropylene / PVC or ABS?

 

Is it the jets you're trying to replace or the chromed jet covers?

The base of the assembly is a heating element.
If only the nozzle is broken, Is there anything left of it.
You might be able to just glue in a piece of the applicator tube from a WD-40 can.
