the car went to nisqually auto wrecking and towing in olympia,WA. it was sold to a guy who was given a proper bill of sale. he sold it to me and i have a notorized bill of sale. i got the car inspected by WA state patrol and it passed. i took the paperwork into the DOL and they said they can only give me a 3 year registration, because it wasnt cleared from the original owner. soooo.... after jumping through all kinds of hoops, they wont give me even a name so i can contact this guy. i need to sell the car and noone wants it without a title. whoever buys it has to have it inspected and continue waiting on the three year waiting period. i havent started the three year registration, because once it is opened i will still have to wait the three years. i need to contact whoever owned it last. maybe there are some service records, carfax ANYTHING that will help me find the guy who last registered it. the VIN # is SAJNV5842GC127953
and i believe the previous plate number was 873-PAX If anyone can help PLEASE chime in. i would really love to contact the previous owner so i can have see if they will release interest so i can have a title. thanks!

an hour or so after i posted that, the lady from the DOL called me up and told me that i dont need that information to transfer the title into my name. it was a huge headache all day, then finally i get a phone call telling me "nevermind". im glad i got the title and i appreciate the phone call, but man, these people really need to get their **** together and figure out what paperwork everyone really needs.
