I brought my XJS over to my mechanic for a quick look to make sure I was reading things right today (good news, I was!), and he had these two Jags at the shop. The E-type is being restored. The XK I'd never seen before. It's an occasional drive for its owner, not in grand condition but she does drive. My mechanic said the restoration cost would be too much so the owner just keeps it as is, running, and drives it on nice days like today. I was totally smitten, and I think my cat would like a playmate, but sadly these are not for sale and not in my budget (or net worth) if they were. But they were sooo pretty, and it looked like a "Jaguar through the ages" photo spread with mine there, too :-).

I have a Jaguar Concours this weekend so my girl will be able to socialize with all kinds of other cats
