Hello everyone, I'm a newly owner of a 89 xjs conv I inherited the car from a friend who passed away. The car has been sitting for about six years, I replaced the battery added some fresh fuel and she fired right, but not without some problems. I looked online and found this forum so here I'm.
Along with all the electrical nighmares I need to replace the waterpump, everything was going fine until I ran into what the repair manual is calling the set screw. I see what they are talking about on the waterpump. Its a hex bolt and its starting to round out. Does anyone ran into this or offer any help?
