95 4l convertible. I apologize in advance if this is already covered. I've tried adjusting the parking brake cable at the handle, but it was not effective. I noticed on an on-line video that the parking brake seems to have an adjusting wheel inside the hub asembly. Can this be accessed/ adjusted without brake disassembly? I thought I'd try that before disassembly and replacement of the parking brake shoes.
