Default Parking brake stuck up!

Hey guys,

When I first parked her, she started to roll back towards a tee behind her at a good clip, and I over zealously yanked up on the brake. Now the button won't push in and I can't get it down. Other than not being a MORON next time, any tips?

Try pulling up on the handbrake lever a little further and press the button at the same time. It should only take a couple of millimetres to allow the operation of the button.

Hope this helps,

And if the above suggestion fails, you can always try removing the handle. I found I could remove the hand brake without removing the seat with a small 90 degree wrench/screwdriver, didn't take long. The tension on the wire will be released and you can reset the handbrake, then just put it back.
