Default Power Spark leads ... any good?

Looking to buy leads from Power Spark in the UK.
https://simonbbc.com/ht-leads/jaguar/

They will make to order so I have sent them Greg lead drawing.
Would you buy these and is this the right layout for a Lucas 1988 V12?

Does anyone have experience with these?

The V12 leads are all made to spec, so we can make up as per your illustration. We can do these is black, red, blue or green 8mm silicone.
The price for this will be £79.95 + £30 for FedEx shipping.

They look good to me but I know FA…….

I have used these leads for over 15 years. They are top notch and the car started noticeably better with them. They are also much cheaper than equivalently good quality leads. I bought 10mm diameter ones, but I have no CC in the V. 8 mm are much easier to fit if you have the CC, which you do. Also, your car is a Marelli car, so my measurements will not be correct for yours. I would just measure the OEM ones you have, and use those. Quite often the OEM ones would be better with rightangle ends on the plugs, so if you have a straight end and it would obviously be easier with a RA, then specify accordingly.

Hi Greg, No I have Lucas....and pleased to have it to be honest.
100% on that one.... I hope...

I have the CC.. is this a go?
I will order tomorrow.
Thanks Greg for checking.. because i am on limited funds so these leads must be correct.
Bosch offer life time leads for less... I dont believe that is possible...

I am glad you have Lucas! The front 4 are the ones that might need to be an inch or so longer; realistically, I would order the standard OEM lengths, but specify the ends that fit easiest. But 8mm max diameter would be easiest. With the CC, the 10mm will fit OK, but it is a squeeze to get them all sitting nicely.

Aye, that life time thing is found in many parts. Decades ago, I fitted my 79 IHC Scout II with lifetime shock absorbers ( dampers). Long gone so the lifetime warranty expired along with it's departure.

Or the part's life or is it mine??? At almost 90, not long !!
