interested in deleting my side markers and turn signals, and using a "Halo" style light with an integrated turn signal, like one might see on a Jeep or Challenger.

Those don't say they have an integrated turn signal. Do you think the halo can be wired to the turn signal wire?

can the position light be wired as a turn signal? Planning on deleting the turn signal as part of bumper mod.
