So far about done with the wood trim, have some pics posted in my photo area(sorry haven't bee on much and forgot how to post pics). Took a LOOOooooong time to get the old stuff down to a sand able surface, went outside the norm and am doing the trim with a veneer called Waterfall Babinga.

 

If the leather is in good condition and just needs cleaning, I would recommend Leatherique, I used it on my interior and it brought it up very nicely. It does cost about $100 but this is much cheaper than replacing the leather.
