Default Replace Engine Front Gasket?

I have replaced all gaskets, rings, and seals I can get to and eliminate any leaks. I have everything off the front of the engine and wonder if I should replace the front gasket. I can see that the gasket has been replaced before with a liquid blue gasket material. I started rebuilding the entire car for the last 3-1/2 years. The oil has been drained for approximately 2 years. I have taken the front bolts off and on a few times removing the water pump and other motors, pumps, and pulleys that were mounted on the front plate. Should I replace the front gasket? Are any parts going to fall out? Are any mechanical adjustments going to be required after removing the cover? If replacing the gasket, who sells a high-quality Gore-Tex-like gasket for the front engine plate?

Toss a coin.

You will need to "unload" the chain tensioner first, so that is a huge caution from me.

Tha gfact its an RTV seal now, someone had been in there, possibly to replace that Boomerang, dunno.

We always replace the rubber plugs (which often leak) with threaded aluminium pipe plugs, Permatex #3 aviation gasket sealer works fine

I have been rebuilding this car for over three years. I am very particular with any project I work on. I have cleaned, polished, and clear-coated almost all parts I work on, including nuts and bolts, powder-coated others if the parts are not new. This project keeps going on as I move along rebuilding a part of the car and making the suggested upgrades people have posted. My son and wife said I need to stop digging deeper into resolving potential problems. I work on the car every day I can. I am not going to dig into the front gasket but will replace the chain tensioner plug. Can the Permatex no. 3 sealant liquid be used on paper and other gaskets for a better seal? The can says it is used on aviation Form A gaskets. What is a form A gasket?
