LOL just got an email alert about this and came here to see if it was you. Don't even remember a thread about transplanting the XJR6 engine into an XJS. Good luck man, what's going to replace it?

I like the transplanted engine. I have no way of following an auction so I hope folks update this thread.

Good luck! I'm curious to see how well this auction does so close to Christmas.

There was no thread, I gave up on doing that becasue of time control and time constraints. I've got 2 XJC's collected and I'm working on a 2 builds for private individuals. My heart wants to do a Sedan... with very high performance... an LS2 and 6 speed manual with the looks of the Nico Mcbrain XJ6.

What a beauty, from both a cosmetic and engineering standpoint. My red '95 V12 convertible would love this as a stablemate...sadly Management will not approve and there is no room at the Inn. Good luck!

Looks like mid 90s XJR rims too.
