What is this part called?

I have a great running 86 XJS Coupe V12. This part screws into fuel rail? And has two rubber hoses attached. Tip is broken and it runs fine with silicone adhesive, but I want to order a new one. What is it called?

It senses the fuel temperature. At xxx-temperature the switch opens, venting vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator, thus increasing fuel pessure.

Ok....the plastic connection that the two hoses plug into...are they part of the switch or a separate piece. This is the part I have silicone rubber on for repair. I can't find it pictured anywhere to purchase.
