Default Where does this vacuum line go to? V12..

Guys, maybe you can help me - trying to solve my hot start problems. While investigating my fuel pressure regulator i've found this vacuum line loose without connection (From blue solenoid);
One side goes to solenoid itself (Though don't know what this one does) and second side goes to....?

Thanks!

If it's coming off of that blue device, solenoid, valve - I believe it to be part of the cruise control,,, control. May have somehow gotten cut short - but I can see you are most likely dealing with a different model year,,, as you car has stuff in that area mine does not.

Look around IN the Vee on the back of the CControl bellows. Or, around the front side of the intake.
