I'm going out on a limb here and way this poster is NOT the ronbros we all knew who started this thread.
Perhaps Ron is one of those mentioned above who has "passed on" and no one has formally informed the forums.
At the very least the above person impersonating Ron is an impostor, at worst a TROLL!

I agree with you that the future is EV’s. they perform better, cost less than ICE’s to buy and much less to operate.
However that does not make our Jaguars obsolete Junk any more than the Mona Lisa or statue of David are also Junk.
Sir William Lyons, had a great eye for Beauty. His XKE, and Sedans with their beautiful Burl woodwork, elegant dashes, luxurious Leather, polished engines, Classic body work, etc. are art in the finest sense.
Then the performance of those cars is massively greater than similar cars of their era.
If you are saying that progress continues, You have a valid point. But you are completely wrong about the Value of Jaguars.
