I have seen one state side on Ebay but that was 6 months or so ago.
According to the Jaguar records I have seen in an owners guide there were less than 100 ever shipped to the US.
Wouldn't know where to start as far as a conversion goes. I know the engine set up, brakes and bodykit are unique

I test drove an 04 in Colorado, it was sweet. Although Ebay is about the only place I have ever seen one besides the one I drove. So yeah, Ebay is your best bet and I have know idea about a conversion.
