The different model years have different software. Though it is possible to upgrade the software yourself, I am not sure if you want to install the module twice.

Please PM me with your decision and details.

Now THAT'S what I call forward thinking AND service

Yes, watch your mail. There will be an offer coming soon for entrants. I need a little time to build up sufficient inventory.

Arghhh... I couldn't wait, spring has sprung in the UK. Based on this competition I've just ordered the kit from Adamesh in the UK, along with a wind deflector!

I assume the kit Adamesh is selling is yours? They certainly use your site descriptions?

Yes I believe the kit sold by Adamesh is from TheJagWrangler

Yes, Adamesh also sells my remote top kits. They have been a great partner.

Cool, consider me another customer then, albeit a remote one!

Apparently they're waiting for it to arrive , scheduled tomorrow. I hope it does so I can get it for the weekend, I feel the need for a little play as it's a bank holiday coming in the UK.

Have you seen the weather forecast? Wouldn't be a Bank Holiday without it.

The kit arrived yesterday and I spent this morning fitting it.

Can only say it, and the instructions, were perfect.

Took me about 3 hours all in, I wasn't rushing , the instructions were literally idiot proof, there was no guesswork or ambiguity as I followed them step by step. I don't think I swore once; possibly when of one the fiddly connector things didn't go right, but there's a couple spare in the pack and you are warned this might happen.

Took the car for a run with the deflector and the rear windows up, virtually no draft, just the top of my head getting slightly ruffled.

Well done, excellent kit. I can only be impressed with you getting into the electronics and programming to design and produce this. I'm handy with my electrical/electronics, but I wouldn't have known where to start. Very impressed.

Thanks Piersman, nice little write up, glad you're happy.

I bet around 2-3 weeks ago when the promo went up and you entered, you didn't think you'd be fitting this and doing a write up on the whole process?

One of the things that gets me every time is that EVERY customer says the same, well put together c/w idiot proof instructions!!

Makes you wonder why more products can't be made /supplied this way!

Yes, I second that - thanks for the excellent feedback. It's really good to know your thoughts on the kit so soon - just confirms how good it is! I'll have to start saving my pennies!

Thanks for the great feedback! I am glad you are pleased.

My 'secret' to the instructions is actual users helped write it. First the Beta testers gave feedback, then as customers had questions or gave suggestions I tweaked the document until it became almost foolproof.

As far as how the electronics works, that will remain a secret.
