07-09 fog lamps (XK vs XKR)
Just curious, as I have found bits of data here and there showing that the fog lamps between the XK and the XKR are distinctly different.
Is there an advantage to the ones found on the XKR or are they just different part numbers because of the mountings?

Hi Vince,
it is just a guess, but I would assume it has to do with the mounting.
I recently had mine replaced during inspection (one had a fissure, probably caused by stone chips). It is quite a pain to do it. They had to remove the front bumper, as well as the wheel, for it.
