Default 07 supercharger oil change

Thinking about doing an oil change found the screw on front of engine ( allen key don't know what size but I can figure that out). It looks to be sealed with some sort ofcred caulking or thread lock , anybody experienced this red stuff. Don't know ifcthis is factory or it has been done already, no record of it being done.

Yah I know but being a lazy f...k if it was already done once before I wouldn't do it again , car has less than 60 thousand miles on it. Did the factory use red sealant on the threads?

the red sealant was on mine. red denotes a high temperature engine sealing gasket material. I replaced with the same.
