Change oil

When the time comes to change my oil, probably next month, you think it will be a good item to use Mobile 1, 5w-30??
Or should i stick to regualr oil?

I like Motul, Mobil1 doesn't seem bad though, as long as you use a synthetic that meets the specs you'll be fine.
