I need to replace both front upper control arms. Is there a cross reference part for these?

Is it the balljoints or bushings that are bad? The bushings can be replaced. If you just want to buy a full arm, get ready to be bent over a barrel:

No you cannot unfortunately, but they aren't hard to find for less than the link above. Lemforder is OEM:

Sorry didn't quite understand your answer. Are the cross references correct in that all of the front upper arms are interchangeable or are they unique to the F-type/x150?

I ordered a front set from Ford which will be stamped Jaguar and made in the U.K. I recently received a set of rears from Ford for a fraction of what Jaguar charges and they were indeed Jaguar parts not Ford.
