The touch screen stays black. Tries to reboot sometimes the jag logo appears and then the infotainment appears Everything works including radio only to go blank again. I’ve pressed the radio knb and start buttons for 20 seconds
Has anyone else had this problem?

 

Check the battery voltage. Standard first step w/ any electrical issues. How many miles? Have the same car. Haven't had this problem. Only challenge is not getting traffic tickets. Good luck

Still need to check actual voltage. If you don't have a trickle charger, these cars drain the battery. Problem may be something else but this is the standard first step.

 

In itself, this means nothing. Unless you charged the new battery before installing it, and if your use of the car involves mostly short runs, the battery may never have reached full charge. And note that new batteries are almost NEVER fully charged at purchase. The first suspect for ANY electronic issue is the battery.

 

If your battery turns out to be good, these displays sometimes do go bad. With some modifications, a screen from an XF will also fit and work and are much more plentiful. There are a few threads in here already to help, use the SEARCH function or Google with "jaguarforums" also in the search block.
