I have a 2010 XK with an iPod / USB kit. I'm wondering if anyone has hacked the iPod connection kit, such that I can plug something into it that would allow my iPhone to connect to it over bluetooth (like the 2014 jags do).
If not, is there a place to buy a cable that will hook that connector into my new iPhone (the connection cable on the unit now is the old, flat cable.)

Apple sells a Lightning-to-30-pin converter:
Lightning to 30-pin Adapter - Apple Store (U.S.)
Have a search for 'Bluetooth' on here - I know some people have fitted aftermarket Bluetooth devices for audio streaming.

just get the lightning to 30 pin adapter from apple. My 5s works just fine in my 10 like that. Jag won't be releasing a new cable.
As for BT streaming, you'll lose all the ability to control stuff from your headunit to do an aftermarket bit. What I've actually done is just got an ipod nano and left it permanently in there. But then again, I don't use streaming audio services, so your mileage may vary.
