2011 XK need rear wheel bearing

Default 2011 XK need rear wheel bearing
All I'm seeing for sale is just the bearing, unlike the front hub assembly that come with a new bearing installed. Is my only option to press the old bearing out and press a new one in?

4.2 bolt in ... exactly correct with 5.0 they require a press
