Hello All

I'm back in an XKR again !! was looking at a couple, a blue 2013 with 40k miles and this one - eventually chose this one. (hopefully details and photo is in my signature)

I have been looking on line and read that the supercharger belt life is about 50-70k miles.

As mine is in that range, I would like to change it. I have read posts on here but they are all relating to the 4.2 engine

Can anyone advise if the 5.0engine supercharger belt change if any different - easier ? more diffcult

Any help would be appreciated especially advise what equipment would need to be removed to give access or/and any special techniques

How do you like the white color on the XKR?
I'm looking at jumping on a mint vert, white over black, black top and not sure if this looks too 'girly' or classy...........
Haven't seen it in person yet, she is 200 miles away.
My current XJ is white, which looks classy on such a large car.

 

I love it !
i was in two minds before purchasing it but when I saw it “in person” just fell in love with the color.
