Default 2011 XKR power Mirrors

I have a 2011 XKR. Both door mirrors no longer fold when the engine is turned off. Also both now are no longer 'locked' in position so I have to periodically push them back in to position.
Any ideas? I'm thinking its not the mirror motors because both started not working at the same time.
I'd take it to the dealer but every time they touch it they break something else.

1. Will the mirrors adjust up - down, right-left? If yes then the fuses are good.
2. With the car turned on, push both mirror buttons at the same time. Do the mirrors fold? If yes, check your vehicle setup to see if folding is turned on. If no, I am out of guesses.

Folding is turned on, in all other ways they work normally.
I tried the two button push they started to move there was a click and they stopped. Pressing both button's again they folded and un folded normally and are now 'locked' in position
However they still don't fold automatically!
Thanks!!

I don't know if it'll work, but it's free and easy.

MORE than a battery disconnect. Once you have one cable off the post, touch it to the OTHER cable for a few seconds. That will dump all the volatile memory.
