Good morning,
I removed the headliner and A pillars to have them recovered. I have since put everything back and now the top does not operate. No error message on dash, partition in truck in proper place just a dead switch. Does anybody have any ideas?

I'll bet you a thousand dollars you had the doors open for a lengthy amount of time.
Charge the battery, do a hard reset, do a window reset and everything will be wonderful.

 

Well you were half correct CeeJay. Was not the doors being open nor the battery being flat. It was just a simple hard reset, boot the windows and away we go. Just in time for top down season. And oh how the new "headliner" looks. Pretty close match. Purchased from fashion fabrics out of L.A. Sand beige if anyone needs it. $25.00 a yard.
