Default 2012 TPMS sensor VDO or Continental?

So after reading all the posts I can about the TPMS sensors there seems to be some confusion on the sensors for 2012 and up. Do the VDO SE53001 fit for the 2012 model or on TPMSsensordirect they are showing factory OEM's as Jaguar XKR TPMS sensor | Continental C2D15551 315MHz | TPMSDirect 2007-2013 Jaguar XKR TPMS Sensor Continental C2D15551 315MHz

Any thoughts?

Based on the info I have the Conti's are the OEM types but there are other substitutes.

The Siemens VDO SE53001 TPMS Sensor Assembly is the correct TPMS for 2012 XK/XKR
Available at Amazon for about $60 each.

Having just cloned one of my Lexus units I found it easy to use the Autel sensor. This is not a commercial but I paid $25 for the sensor and reprogrammed it and installed it. Works great .
