2012 XK - A/C works but is very slow (5min) to activate

Jaguars lose approximately 5% refrigerant per year so it may simply need a re-gas.

Mine takes a couple of minutes too but I think only when i start the car cold. When warm I think it cools right away. I'll have to check that!
