Advise: Dealer can't correct a warranty issue. Recourse ??

Dealer advised by Jag tech support to order yet a 3rd park aid module to resolve the issue.

As if that's going to work. Talk about circular logic. Man am I pissed. Coming on 2 weeks.

Well they need to check the original wers number against the new ones. Thats how i found my issue. And counting the original plus a wrong part and then the new correct one that fixed the issue it was almost 2 weeks too chasing my tail. There more to it that led me to believe their were more issues, but in the end had i had the correct part it would have been 2 days and 2 hours time. 1 hour to diag the issue and order the part overnight. The next day to install and program for another hour and out the door. Just the way i like them, simple in n out fixed right first time

3rd Park Aid Module arrived. Techs still can't install. They are now stating there is a "networking issue" with the XK and will have to call in an engineer to consult.
So I can I get Jaguar to exchange this vehicle for another ?? Still under warranty.
