Hard to believe LandRover actually used 15,000 miles as the oil change interval at one point.

We were going through this silly green fad all because of one California study that said oil can go much longer- it can but they never realized the downside, it also meant people dont check the oil or even open the hood for 24months/24000 miles. As in the case of Toyota and BMW, they both quickly reversed that silliness.

The lawsuit will be going to a settlement conference on Dec.13/19.

Stipulation and Order

Document: 52

STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER, it is hereby stipulated and agreed that the November 4. 2019 case management conference is hereby vacated and a settlement conference is hereby scheduled for 12/13/2019 at 11:30am, etc. Signed by Magistrate Judge James B. Clark on 10/24/2019. (JB, )
