Default Alcon set - parking brake calipers repair kit

Hi,

have anyone ever made a "refurbishment" of Brembo parking brake calipers from Alcon set? They were also used in S-Type R and XJR so I hope there is someone who can help me

I need to change seals and brake pad pins. Do anyone know what fits them and how to organize aftermarket repair kit to these calipers?

They are not hydraulic and don't get that much use, so the seals should last a while. Pins? - whats wrong with those?

Be careful when removing the retaining clip... i broke mine and had to cut out a piece of sheet metal and bend it back into place.

Why? - because they DO NOT sell that clip anywhere separately. And the good folks at BREMBO told me that themselves. This leads me to believe every other part on those things are not serviceable or available either.

Sure hope I'm wrong...

They were used by Aston Martin as well but I’d be surprised if they need rebuilding unless there is something wrong with them.

Quite possibly it’s something wrong with me head (more than with calipers), but I’m doing a complete refurbishment of all 6 calipers before installation. Already ordered all of required parts to Alcons (painful exercise). Now struggling with Brembo. I found that Audi R8 is using them too. They (VAG) offer spare parts, but was looking for aftermarket parts, as 2 rubber seals are very expensive... Not to mention pins
