I think Stuart from Atlanta is in the process of getting the aluminum pipes installed in his XJ.

 

Was there ever a follow up to this?

Also, is there a parts list floating around for replacing coolant hoses and gaskets on a 5.0 S/C engine?

I'd like to put an order in with the dealer and want to get all the correct parts in one order.

Keep in mind I already have aluminum outlet tubes installed on my engine, so likely I'll keep those and just replace the o-rings.

So far, it's looking like the following are needed (if outlet tubes are being replaced as well):

• Outlet tubes (AJ813865, AJ813917)
  • aluminum or plastic parts available
• Outlet tube o-ring 3x (AJ811350)
  • This is because I have aluminum outlet tubes, so I'll just replace the seals.
• Supercharger gasket (AJ811948)
• Intake manifold gaskets (AJ811576, AJ811590)
• Heater manifold (AJ814007)
• Oil cooler o-ring (AJ811539)
• Oil cooler pipe (C2Z18658)
  • Could include o ring
• Coolant tube (C2Z28258)
• Coolant hose (C2Z26930)
• Plug - blank (JDE33172)
• Heater manifold gasket (AJ811600)
  • Is this included with the heater manifold?
• Oil cooler gasket (AJ811904)
  • Recommend to replace since it's accessible
• Water pump (AJ813909)
  • Replace while it's accessible.
  • Could include gaskets
• Water pump gasket (AJ813609)
  • Included with water pump?

Can anyone tell me what additional items I'm missing, if any?

Do any of these items need more than 1x pcs?

Do any of these parts come included with a higher level assembly, such as gaskets with the water pump? I don't want to waste money on duplicates.
