ANYBODY TRIED LEMFORDER SWAY BAR LINKS FOR THEIR jAG?
I recently received a set of rear Lemforder sway bar links for my Jag as it's way easier to change them then to mess with the perished boots. I was under the impression that Lemforder was the manufacturer for OE parts for BMW, Mercedes, and Jag which they were, but now as they have expanded, suspension parts are being manufactured in different countries ( as is the case with most manufacturers of car parts). I was under the impression that they were made in Germany until I I found on the box, Made in Turkey. I guess it's better than China (not by much), but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with any Lemforder Suspension parts not made in Germany? Longevity is not a major concern, but changing the ride or handling characteristics would be for me. Thanks all.
I replaced the upper and lower control arms plus the drop links. Im not sure where they were made, but you could see the jaguar logo had been ground off the control arms. Ive had no problems and the boots look like good quality unlike the originals.
